Phil has worked in the commercial sector for 24 years with one major composite. He has also won professional recognition during his career and was responsible for the formulation and implementation of national policies and programmes for national commercial insurance sales. He has exceptional sales and underwriting skills and prior to joining Portcullis Insurance Brokers was Regional Sales Manager for AXA in London and the South East. Phil’s key responsibilities are insurer relationships and development of new markets.
