We have exciting opportunities for Account Handlers, Insurance Administrators, and Credit Control Administrators who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a compliant, fast-paced environment.

About the Roles

As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability, while maintaining the highest standards of FCA compliance across both Commercial and Personal insurance portfolios. You will be responsible for providing a seamless, professional service that meets the unique needs of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering efficient, high-quality support to colleagues, clients, and insurers.
• Managing day-to-day insurance queries and documentation in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting Account Managers to ensure smooth client management.
• Building strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in insurance administration or account handling within a broking environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and FCA compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
• Proficiency in insurance IT systems (training provided for Open GI) and Microsoft Office.
• A motivated team player committed to maintaining professional standards and quality.
