Damon has over two decades experience in the insurance business. Starting on the ‘shop floor’, he has won many awards during his career, including accolades for sales and leadership. He has 10 years experience of strong and successful commercial insurance sales prior to moving into the AXA management team in running a commercial direct sales force in the South West. He plays a critical part in the corporate governance and strategic development of Portcullis Insurance Brokers Ltd.
